Cancellations
You may cancel a service agreement within 7 days of purchase, provided work has not commenced. Once work begins or deliverables have been provided, cancellations are no longer eligible.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
If you cancel the service within the eligible cancellation period.
If we are unable to fulfill the agreed-upon deliverables due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval and issued using the original payment method. No additional fees will be applied for refunds.
