This policy explains how the ALL IN ONE (AIO) web application, owned and operated by Ajniha LLC, collects, uses, stores, and deletes user data. AIO connects to Meta’s approved APIs to provide Instagram publishing, chat management, and business account features.

1. Data Deletion (Only Method)

AIO provides one simple, self-service method for users to permanently delete all their data. No email requests or manual deletion options are supported.

To delete your data:

Open the ALL IN ONE (AIO) web app.

Click “Businesses” on the left panel.

Click the three dots (⋯) next to the business/account you want to delete.

Select “Delete Account” and confirm.

Once deleted, all chats, media, business data, account information and stored records are permanently removed. All AIO access to the connected Instagram/Meta account is also automatically revoked.

Deleted data cannot be recovered.

2. Data We Collect

AIO collects only the data required to operate the application and provide features through Meta APIs, including:

– Basic account details (name, email, login information)

– Instagram/Meta business data (account IDs, insights, media info, permissions)

– Chat and business interactions created by the user inside AIO

– Technical logs required for performance and security

AIO does not collect unnecessary personal data and does not sell or share data for advertising.

3. How We Use Data

Data is used only to operate AIO features, including Instagram publishing, chat management, analytics, business account management, and app functionality. Data is not used for profiling or advertising.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers with restricted access. AIO uses industry-standard security measures and never stores Instagram passwords. All Meta integrations use official access tokens.

5. Data Retention

Data remains stored only while the user’s business/account exists in AIO. When a user deletes their account using the steps above, all associated data is permanently erased.

6. Meta API Integrations

AIO connects only to Meta’s Instagram and WhatsApp APIs, as authorized by the user. Users can revoke AIO’s access anytime through their Meta Business Integrations settings.

7. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated for compliance or security improvements. The latest version will always be displayed on this page.
